Communications and Engagagement Manager - Wales
At the British Heart Foundation (BHF), we fight for every heartbeat, everywhere. In the last year alone, we've invested more than £100m in hundreds of life saving research projects across the UK, and helped countless communities beat heart disease with our prevention, survival and support programmes.
We are looking to recruit a Communication and Engagement Manager to deliver local brand impact across Wales. You'll be responsible for raising the profile of BHF Cymru focussing on our research funding and its impact. You will promote and raise awareness of the BHF's work and significant research impact through engagement events, the media and other communication channels.
You will work with local teams to deliver impactful communication strategies, meeting challenging KPIs and demonstrating significant impact which should raise the public's propensity to give. Your local expertise will guide the way we influence and use both traditional media, digital channels and engagement opportunities. You will be a self-starter and happy to travel across the breadth of Wales and on occasion other parts of the UK.
The successful candidate will be a Welsh speaking communications professional with a track record of delivering impactful communications strategies.
