Senior Corporate & Major Gifts Manager
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours plus unpaid breaks)
Salary: £35 - £40k per annum plus excellent benefits
One of 16 Mercy Ships offices around the world working on fundraising, recruitment and public relations, the UK provides over 100 specialist volunteers to crew the hospital ship ‘Africa Mercy’ and provides financial resources for surgeries, healthcare, education and local partnership –bringing immediate relief to thousands of individuals and leaving a sustainable legacy of hope and healing in every nation we visit.
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional fundraiser to lead the organisations corporate development, trust and foundations team and to develop a major donor cultivation strategy. The role holder will be responsible for overseeing members of the fundraising team, helping to nurture relationships and identify growth opportunities, ensuring that key supporters are engaged with and support the work of Mercy Ships.
