We are Mercy Ships, a faith based charity, bringing safe surgery to people in Africa via our floating hospital ship. We are entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for people to join our team in the UK who have a passion for our cause, the skills to be part of a global movement and the drive to see even more lives transformed.

Events Coordinator
Location: Stevenage
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours plus unpaid breaks
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25 - £28.5k per annum plus excellent benefits

One of 16 Mercy Ships offices around the world working on fundraising, recruitment and public relations, the UK provides over 100 specialist volunteers to crew the hospital ship ‘Africa Mercy’ and provides financial resources for surgeries, healthcare, education and local partnership –bringing immediate relief to thousands of individuals and leaving a sustainable legacy of hope and healing in every nation we visit.

We are currently seeking an experienced Event professional to manage and develop a range of stewardship, cultivation and fundraising events, which meet our strategic ambitions.
