Harris Hill is currently recruiting for a Data Officer to join an established Children's charity based in Central London. The candidate will be supporting the Database Training and Support Manager. The key responsibility the candidate will have is to maintain systems and responsible for the database training.

Key Responsibilities will include:
To be responsible for the delivery of high quality data processing and
support to a wide range of fundraising colleagues
The post-holder will be able to demonstrate great understanding and
Knowledge of working with data and customer-database systems
Providing support and training to all our database users
To be responsible for the management of relationships and delivery of
high quality support, information and data to those customers for whom you are assigned as lead contact.
To work with business support officers and fundraisers in other departments to maximise relationships

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:
Successful experiences of providing high levels of user support in a
busy environment for customer/fundraising databases
Experience of creating and delivering database training to users
Skilled in using databases and Windows based software packages
including word processing, spreadsheets, electronic mail
