An exciting opportunity for an experienced Fundraising Manager focussing on challenge events. 

Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and numbers are set to rise to over 1 million by 2025. 

Position: Events Fundraising Manager – Challenge Events (London) 
Location: Fenchurch Street, London 
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £47,046 actual per annum

About the Role: 
Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading support and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers. There are over 850,000 people with dementia in the UK and numbers are set to rise to over 1 million by 2025. 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Events Fundraising Manager to work strategically and lead a team to deliver growth in Events income, specifically focusing on challenge events. 

You will also work as part of the events management team and more broadly as part of the Fundraising Directorate management team contributing to and delivering the wider directorate strategy. 

About You: 
You will be experienced in leading a team and planning and setting events programmes.
