Harris Hill is working with a national health charity looking for a fundraising events coordinator who will be responsible for providing event and administrative support to the Events Fundraising team.
Full responsibility of incoming events queries acting as first point of contact for events fundraising enquiries providing clear, concise and timely responses.
Taking inbound and making outbound calls to current and potential event participants
Provide administration support to the running Event Managers and overall team
Attend events and support the Fundraising Events Manager in managing the logistics and delivery of events
Manage online event fundraising platforms e.g. Just Giving and Virgin Money Giving
Maintain accurate records of supporters on the database, and various platforms
Work on event consoles ensuring participants are added accurately and to deadlines
Skills and experience required:
1 years' experience in a customer based environment, receiving and making calls and responding to queries via email
Sound admin skills with good attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve ab end goal
Flexible attitude you may be required to work some evening and weekends to attend events
Knowledge of events fundraising is desirable
