Our client is a leading children's mental health charity providing in-school support and expert training to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff.     

The charity provide emotional and therapeutic services in schools nationwide - building children's resilience early in life through counselling, creative work and play.

They are looking for a skilled and qualified counselling professional who can programme manage the service across Enfield, Harlow and Waltham Forest. This entails promoting the counselling service, providing leadership and offer clinical supervision to Counselling Managers. Strategic and operational, you will have three direct reports, each responsible for service delivery in up to twelve schools and you will also directly oversee the school counselling service in up to four schools. Experienced in monitoring quality of service you will actively manage and monitor individual and team performances as well as provide clinical supervision.

Credible and professional, the Service Manager will be an ambassador for the service representing the organisation at meetings with headteachers, governors, steering groups, key funders and other partner organisations. A great communicator, able to make impactful presentations and develop strong collaborative relationships, you will have scope to identify and develop new  opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships with existing schools in the area.
