Head of Income Generation & Development
Job title: Head of Income Generation and Development
Salary: Circa £40k
Hours: Full time/Permanent
Most of us have a story; something we’ve experienced that has shaped us and affected how we view our place in the world and the contribution we make.
For Fixers, it’s about helping young people to find their voice and use it to create positive change for themselves and others. Using a team of creative experts, this innovative, ambitious and forward thinking charity have recently been honoured with the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service, having helped over 20,000 young people across the UK to be heard, understood and respected.
The growth and sustainability of the Fixer’s project is integral to their current strategy, and as a result, they are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and driven Head of Income Generation and Development to help them raise funds across a broad range of funding streams, with a particular focus on Major and mid-level donors and corporate supporters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to utilise and develop their fundraising and partnerships experience to really make an impact. It would suit someone unique, with fresh ideas to bring to the table and a true passion for developing long-lasting relationships. Leading a small but committed team, and supporting the Director of Growth and Innovation and the CEO, you will be instrumental in helping them build a new creative fund development landscape.
In return you will have an opportunity to work in a collaborative, inspiring and flexible culture where innovative thinking and creativity are celebrated and everyone is treated as an individual with their own part to play in helping the Fixer’s success story evolve.
