This organisation is a leading health charity that works on ground breaking research to find a cure for a devastating disease.


Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management of fundraising campaigns, including analysis and reporting on campaigns

* Work cross-departmentally to ensure a consistent message is being carried

* Provide a proactive approach in increasing income and efficiency of current campaigns

* Endeavour to design creative campaigns that attract new audiences and ultimately result in new donors for this organisation

* Ensure all promotional material is on brand and carries this organisation's core message

* Work on time and on budget

* Be involved in the campaign from planning right through to execution

* Work with beneficiaries of the organisation to develop new campaign proposals

* Participate in reporting on campaign activity, analysing statistics and performance indicators

* Proactively suggest recommendations to campaigns to ultimately ensure expansion of donor database

* Keep abreast of current sector trends and direct marketing best practise

* Manage agency relationships to ensure time and cost efficiency

* Track campaign success and compare with other campaigns for this organisation as well as other campaigns in the sector


Person Specification:

* Experience of working in direct marketing - ideally in a not for profit organisation

* Excellent analysis and numerical skills

* Experience of working with external agencies to produce compelling campaigns

* Excellent verbal and communication skills

* Ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines

* Experience of using a related CRM database

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £25,000-£30,000, depending on experience.
