With the establishment of a new Development Office at the University of London, there is a unique opportunity to join a growing development team which will play a significant role in meeting the huge potential for fundraising and engagement at the University. Whilst there is a history of philanthropic and practical support of the University from a range of constituents, now is the time to make a step-change to realising this potential.

We are seeking a Regular Giving Manager to play a key role in developing, implementing and establishing a best practice programme of regular giving amongst alumni and supporters of the central academic bodies of the University of London.

The Regular Giving Manager is a new role. The post will be responsible for developing, implementing and establishing a best practice programme of regular giving amongst alumni and supporters of the University of London. Working with staff across the central University, the role will focus on generating ongoing financial support from those constituencies linked to the central academic bodies of the University of London (the School of Advanced Study and its Institutes, Senate House Library, the University of London Institute in Paris and the University of London International Programmes).

To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing a successful programme of regular giving in the charity or higher education sectors, excellent relationship management and communication skills, and the ability to resolve problems with a “can-do” attitude. You will also have experience of using relationship management databases. If you have questions, or would like to discuss whether you think this is the right role for you, email Helen Walker helenwalker@york-walker.com
