Already a leading provider of housing and support services across the west of England, our client has big plans to grow and develop their business into the future.  They’re a modern, ethical organisation taking on new ideas and looking beyond the sector for fresh approaches.

They are looking for a self motivated individual to support delivery of their Working Well Programme to 16-18 year olds, supporting them to overcome the barriers they face in accessing education, training and employment opportunities.

You will be confident working one to one or with small groups, delivering activities to build confidence and self-esteem, teach and develop employability skills and support young people to participate in meaningful occupation.  In addition to teaching budgeting and life skills, the project aims to bring out the best in young people through creativity, music and outdoor activities.

The successful candidate will need to have relevant training or teaching experience and the ability to deliver training to vulnerable people, together with an understanding of education, training and employment issues for young people in a supported housing or project based youth work environment.

An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role.

If this sounds like the exciting new challenge you’ve been waiting for, and you’ve got the passion and the ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

For an informal discussion about the role please call Clare Birch on 01225 405004.
