Z2K addresses poverty caused by unfairness in the legal, welfare benefits and housing systems. We provide free advice and support for vulnerable people with household debt, housing or welfare problems. 

We work with clients to solve their problems whilst using their evidence to seek to change unfair and unjust policies and practices. Our case workers support 1,500 clients per year and we win 80% of tribunals with our clients. We have housed 200 people this year and are on course to recover £2million for our clients this year. We use our case evidence to work with agencies to ensure process are effective and we campaign to change unfair policies. 

Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for a CEO to grow Z2K to its next level of impact. Working with the Board, the CEO will strategically review the current landscape and our opportunities to maximise our impact and grow vital support to our clients. This will include reviewing our opportunities, growing our campaigning, diversifying our funding and maximising our resources and reach. The CEO will also lead the organisation externally with key stakeholders and internally to support our passionate staff, as well as partnering with like-minded charities.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership experience and a track record of developing organisations. With sound strategic experience and a creative approach, the new CEO will have reviewed and implemented growth strategies, including successfully diversifying and growing income. You will have proven experience of campaigning for social change and representing the external face of the organisation. You will also have a solid understanding of the changing external environment and its effect of both our clients and our operations. Crucial you will have a passion for equality and justice for the most vulnerable in society.
