Changing Minds Project Worker - Blaenau Gwent
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Project Worker to join our Changing Minds team. The successful candidate will deliver self-management courses/groups, peer to peer support and provide one to one support to young people (14-25) with mental health problems. You will need to have a range of skills, knowledge and abilities to successfully deliver, develop and provide support across the three strands of the project. This is a chance to positively contribute to an exciting, innovative project. The Changing Minds project, www.changingmindsproject.org.uk covers the whole of Gwent and this post will be based in the Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone, Coleg Gwent.
This post is funded until November 2018 thereafter will be dependent on securing continuation funding.
