Would you like to join a dynamic charity and be part of a fun and vibrant fundraising team? We are working with a rapidly growing national charity to recruit a Database Administrator where you will provide comprehensive database support across the charity and work on a varied portfolio of projects.

The Company
A growing national charity that has experienced tremendous success over the past 24 months, in part to a dynamic and forward thinking fundraising team and is now able to campaign for excellence in treatment, support and care for more people than ever.

The Role
From daily upkeep of the database to reporting on support services, to driving forward exciting new projects; this role is a diverse and has much room for development.

Daily upkeep and maintenance of a clean database with high quality data
Cleaning the database and managing duplicates
Daily management of online forms, apps and their integration with Salesforce
Lead on the upload of data, including data from partner organisations (i.e. mailing houses)
Data selection for e-marketing and oversight of MailChimp integration
Troubleshoot issues when they arise, escalating them where appropriate and managing the relationship with the supplier agency
Oversight of payment platform integration (i.e. JustGiving, PayPal, Stripe)
Creating a versioning system with products in order to keep a record of every product (products are information materials, i.e. posters) this may include creating a junctioning object
Integrating Survey Monkey in order to capture and link survey results
Be a supportive and participatory member of the team

The Candidate
You should be highly organised and have 12 months of database or CRM administration experience. We are looking for a fast learner who is passionate about data management. Experience of one or more of the following is desirable but not essential, FormAssembly, Eventbrite, MailChimp, Conga Composer, Zapier and payment platform integrations.

Experience of administering or similar system (i.e. Raisers Edge) and working on integrations
Experience of manipulating large amounts of data and reporting on it
Experience of working on Form Assembly or another online form builder
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in written work and data entry.
Friendly and approachable
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
