Great opportunity to join this friendly and ambitious housing charity. You will be a proven fundraiser with strong managerial experience and a track record of securing income from a number of income streams.

The Role
Develop the Fundraising Strategy.
Develop new ways of raising unrestricted funds via corporates or challenge events.
Deliver the organisations Fundraising Strategy with support and guidance from the Director of Business Development.
Lead and manage the fundraising pipeline and associated process of internal consultation regarding funding needs
Support the team to develop projects for the fundraising pipeline (arts, sports, education, mentoring etc) working in partnership with colleagues in operations and central teams
Keep abreast of all relevant housing-related and community services tender/framework opportunities
To recruit, support, develop and coach the Senior Fundraising Officer and Fundraising Officers to excel in their roles.
To motivate and inspire the team (up to 8 people by 2018/2019) to meet their fundraising targets.

The Candidate
Excellent track record of successful project and team management/development.
Track record of relationship development and maintenance to achieve organisational fundraising targets
Excellent experience of corporate and challenge event fundraising.
Experience of completing tenders or statutory/trust fundraising.
Experience of establishing and developing new and creative ways of raising money through businesses.
Understanding of key issues facing vulnerable homeless people or those with similar needs
Project management skills and managing complex and multiple projects
Excellent written skills and attention to detail including advanced proof reading.
