A growing social business working in the creative video production and film industry supporting a wide cross section of high profile clients, with an emphasis on telling stories of impact, is looking to recruit a Business Manager.
This vital role will entail working very closely with the Founder/CEO to provide solid and comprehensive back of house administrative and systems support. This will involve, drafting correspondence, putting in diary and contacts management systems, arranging meetings and assisting the CEO in making everything happen in order for the business to achieve its goals. Creating a systematic administrative structure to support the more ideas driven work of the CEO is fundamental to this role.
This person will be a natural organiser and will also be rigorous, systems driven, business minded, emotionally mature and entrepreneurial by nature. The successful candidate will have demonstrated office based experience, excellent written skills and will be a logical, intelligent and dynamic problem solver. Not afraid to ask questions, this person will have a clear view of the bigger picture and will bring energy and enthusiasm to everything that they do.
