Prospectus is pleased to be working with one of the worlds leading child centred international development organisations whose work aims to release children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty. They are now looking to appoint a new Director of Supporter Experience to set and execute the strategic direction of the Supporter Relations Department.

The client is a Christ centred organisation committed to the church, as a member of the senior management team this role does require someone with an active Christian faith.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to develop and implement appropriate supporter engagement & acquisition strategies to ensure long term stability and success of the organisation. The Director of Supporter Experience will also have responsibility for continually assessing the supporter engagement strategy and developing a well rounded supporter journey maximising on retention opportunities.
We are looking for candidates with strong management skills and experience managing a high performing team. Previous experience or understanding of child sponsorship programmes would be advantageous and an excellent understanding supporter acquisition and retention techniques is essential. Candidates must also be active members of the Christian community and be willing to promote the Christian ethos of the company.
