They are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Transformation Team. Supporting operational teams and relevant transformation and delivery work-streams, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, including: performance reporting on key projects, establishing clear baselines and success metrics, detailed data analysis to inform decision making, helping develop and document business and functional requirements, gathering and collating business requirements and translating these into detailed specifications.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and will have significant experience in an analytical role. You will have the skills to source, analyse and translate complex data into meaningful and compelling ideas, reports and presentations. A logical thinker, it is also essential that you have high levels of IT literacy and knowledge of project management methodologies.
