Group Head of Communications and Marketing
A leading charity who is looking to recruit for a Group Head of Communications and Marketing on a permanent basis based in the London area, is keen to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities will include:
-Develop and lead our group strategy for communications and marketing
-Advise the Board/executive team on strategic communications and reputation management issues
-Lead the work to establish a recognisable and impactful group brand and ensure its consistent application across all partners
-Build understanding of key audiences and lead the development of messages, activities and products targeted to their needs
-Oversee production of key corporate publications e.g. annual review.
-Lead our public affairs and policy function to maximise opportunities to influence key decision makers
-Lead our press office function to ensure proactive PR activity and robust crisis management takes place
-Lead our digital communications activity including oversight of our social media channels and development of audio-visual content.
-Support the group to effectively engage its employees, with a focus on connecting staff with our vision and harnessing their ideas, passion and expertise to achieve our aims
-Lead the development of our internal communication channels.
-Be part of the group senior management team
In Order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:
-Experienced at developing communications and marketing strategies and overseeing their successful implementation
-Experienced at developing brand strategies and overseeing their successful implementation
-Experienced at managing a press office function
-Experienced at managing external communications and marketing activity including digital, print and events
-Experienced at supporting employee engagement and managing internal communication channels
