Our client, a higher education institution based in South West London, are currently looking to recruit a temporary Admissions Administrator to execute the admissions process for Initial Teacher Training and to provide key administrative support in a student facing environment.
In this varied position, you will process applications, maintain the set up of courses via UCAS and assess non standard and international qualifications to ensure that applications comply with agreed entry criteria. You will support academic staff with short listing for interviews by assessing and filtering applications as well as coordinating logistical arrangements. Maintaining systems and notice boards, you will ensure all processes are efficient and effective and in keeping with the University's standards.
To be considered for this role you will have a background in UCAS admissions and preferably knowledge of Initial Teacher Training admissions. Organised, with excellent attention to detail, you will have experience of working in a higher education establishment and proven ability to provide an effective level of customer service. This position is being offered on a temporary basis and you must be available immediately in order to be considered for this post.
