We are changing the way in which funds are distributed to dioceses, and our Unit has a significant task to introduce the new arrangements and then manage their operation and delivery.

You will bring to us your direct experience of managing complex funding streams, coupled with an in-depth understanding of change management and hands on experience of managing and running large projects.

Your passion will be for supporting stakeholders through the funding application process and developing a learning culture.  To thrive in this role you will have substantial experience of funding and the ability to swiftly master grants management processes and techniques.
