Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is the county’s leading wildlife conservation charity. The Trust has the following vacancy based at its headquarters in Gloucester. 

Supporter Development Manager                
Location: Gloucester
Salary up to £30,000 + pension
Full time 35 hours per week

We’re looking for an exceptional manager with a proven track record to lead our work with donors and supporters, raising funds to support the Trust’s work around the county. We already enjoy the support of 28,000 members and now we’re poised to build on this and diversify our individual giving at an exciting time of change for the Trust.

The successful candidate will have the confidence and skills to identify and cultivate potential donors, inspire them to make significant personal gifts in support of our work, and steward new and existing relationships through the whole donor journey. With extensive experience of relationship management, you will play a key role in devising and implementing our individual giving strategy.
