We are recruiting for a specialist housing advice and provider. This is a brand new role and you will need a successful track record from trusts and foundations. They are looking for someone 17.5 hours a week and they are happy for someone to work from home.

The Role:

Work with the CEO and other managers to identify and/or develop proposals for restricted ad unrestricted funding

Research suitable trust and foundation prospects
Develop a plan of applications for the year
Write all trust funding applications
Maintain an up to date record of prospects
Assist the CEO with applications to statutory sources

The Candidate:
Track record of raising funds from trust and foundations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to develop a clear and compelling case for funding
Interest in the work of the charity
