Job Description

The Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities will include:

  • Implement an integrated Marketing strategy
  • Manage the production of literature and promotional materials
  • Represent the trust at events, exhibitions and conferences
  • Develop and manage outstanding and engaging content for use across multiple channels
  • Establish and maintain strategic networking relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • Work closely with key note speakers and wider speaking team to identify opportunities and provide support at various events
  • Develop marketing plans, activities and materials to support Fundraising and donation objectives
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of all digital marketing communications across all channels
  • Other activities to support the Trust and Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics.

The Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator will ideally display:

  • Sympathetic towards the charities cause, vision and beliefs
  • The ability to thrive in a smaller organisation
  • Able to take on responsibilities and own projects
  • A proven track record in the marketing communications field
  • A strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with database management
  • Collaborative in their approach
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
  • Commitment to working outside of office hours where required for certain events when the job requires

What's on Offer

This role is based in Oxford and will require occasional travel to events where required. The salary for this position is between £28,000 - £35,000 + benefits
