They have a fantastic opening for an HR Officer to join their team and assist in delivering HR solutions for a busy front line charitable organisation.
This brand new post is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take their HR career to the next level and gain hands on experience in a wide variety of recruitment and HR duties.
Primarily the post holder will focus on working with other HR colleagues and managers to roll out and implement their recruitment strategy, this work will have a direct impact on improving the quality of support they provide to people with a learning disability and their families.
They are looking for someone who is a confident communicator, who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues in a busy environment and is able to schedule their work and priorities to respond flexibly to the needs of the organisation.
Candidates will need to bring a positive and resilient approach to the role and have strong organisational abilities as they will be supporting other HR colleagues with all aspects of personnel management.
The post holder will have some line management responsibilities and will be involved in representing the company at recruitment and training events so they will also need to be able to handle effective professional boundaries and relationships with people at all levels.

Salary: £24,000 per Annum
Hours: 35 Hours per Week
Location: Islington, London
