Our work is primarily funded by our generous supporters: one-off donors; lifelong supporters; customers in our shops; corporate partners and those who have been touched by our service.
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful senior manager to lead our fundraising activities to grow income year on year from a variety of sources.
Reporting to the Chief Executive you will be responsible for developing and implementing ambitious fundraising strategies which maximises our current portfolio and identifies new opportunities locally, regionally and nationally, to grow our income.
The successful person will be able to demonstrate first-class leadership skills that will serve to motivate and develop the team of dedicated staff.
Your track record of past success in the fundraising field, at a senior level, will be clear. However past achievements will not suffice as success in this role will require vision, strategic insight and analysis, determination to succeed, and leadership that inspires staff and volunteers. We need an exceptional senior leader who embodies our values: someone who is brave, compassionate and driven.
