* To manage, review and update information on the organisation's website;
* To liaise with and answer enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations often via telephone and email;
* To be responsible for the design, preparation and production of marketing collateral including and not limited to publicity brochures, handouts, direct mailings, promotional videos, photographs, films and multi-media programmes;
* To manage and update information and engage with users on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook, including bespoke email campaigns;
* To source and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities at key education events which meet our target audience;
* To respond to market research undertaken by the organisation and revise communication plans accordingly;
* To write and edit the in-house magazine, articles and content for the annual report where required;
* To work with approved partners and strategic partners to ensure long-term partnerships
* To oversee the production of data reports to provide insights into renewals, location penetration and growth opportunities;

* To assist with event organisation and attend events to represent the organisation in person;
* To build on existing marketing channels to increase acquisition and sustain growth;
* To ensure consistent communication of the image and brand values;
* To manage the marketing budget and demonstrate the ROI of each activity;
* To monitor and report on trends and competitor activity;
* To support the business services team with all marketing to promote their distinct areas.


* At least 3 years' experience of working in a marketing role
* Experience of working under demanding time pressures and deadlines
* Demonstration of an ability to confidently work and communicate across all levels
* Experience of working with a wide range of key partners
* Experience of delivering marketing campaigns for the business
* Competent ICT skills, including web development and CRM experience
* Proven ability and skills to liaise with and manage external agencies
* Social media experience and evidence of managing digital campaigns
* Confident in the skills of report writing and with budget management experience

Degree level related to:
