Lambeth has been chosen by the Big Lottery to be one of five areas in England to help give the children in Lambeth” A Better Start “in life by delivering a significant increase in the use of preventative approaches in pregnancy and the first three years of life.
Programme Manager - Lambeth Early Action Partnership
35 hours p/w
Salary £41,814 to £45,463
This role will help put science and evidence into practice, evaluate the impact and cost effectiveness of these approaches, and share their learning with local, and national and international partners
The charity is looking for an experienced Programme Manager who will work with a range of partners in a lead role to drive and facilitate effective programme management and monitoring arrangements for the LEAP programme.
Leading on the test and learn approach of the programme , the Programme Manager will have the chance to utilise their skills in working collaboratively with delivery partners to ensure that learning from delivery is central to the performance management of the LEAP Programme. You will lead the team in ensuring that high quality reporting processes demonstrate the impact of the delivery of LEAPs portfolio of early year’s services.
You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and relationship management skills along with a proven track record in successful project management.
Funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
