Are you an excellent project manager who has the vision to project manage the creation of a small, new call centre?
This role works for one of the UK's largest charities who are professionalising their contact with existing supporters and new enquirers
This role will be responsible for setting up a new multi-channel enquiry centre in Chesterfield. You will project manage the technical and physical infrastructure of this vital service that brings together customer/supporter contact that until now has been dealt with by a number of different teams in the organisation
You will work with key stakeholders to develop an implementation plan, establishing and implementing protocols around call centre technology functionality, integration with the wider CRM system, development of the information database, workflows, SLA’s and reporting.
You will ensure that systems are fully compliant with relevant legislation and best practice, particularly around data protection.
You will work closely with the Contact Centre Manager to ensure staff are trained on systems and processes and will be jointly responsible for the launch.
