We are looking for a Community Fundraising Administrator to help the Community & Events Fundraising Team achieve net income targets, provide a fantastic experience for our community fundraisers and encourage repeat support by delivering excellent stewardship across a wide range of fundraising activities.
Working closely with the Community & Events Fundraising Manager, Senior Fundraising Community Officers and Community Fundraising Coordinators, you will be the main point of contact for community supporters, responding to enquiries by telephone, post, email and social networking sites, writing content for e-newsletters, mailings and attending events.
Stewardship is at the heart of what we do and you will be expected to meet standards of data processing and supporter care. You will ensure the fundraising contacts database is up-to-date and supplying the relevant data that is needed for reporting, evaluation and marketing and you will use the database to improve administrative processes and the usefulness of data.
