Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with The London Community Foundation in the search for their new Senior Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a fundraiser to make an impactful difference across London.

The London Community Foundation supports the most disadvantaged groups and communities across the capital. They bring together local philanthropists with dynamic local organisations and community groups who need funding and other resources.
They are dedicated to improving the lives of London's most disadvantaged, including those affected by child poverty, unemployment, isolation, homelessness, domestic violence and gang crime. Since 1995, LCF have invested almost £50million through over 9,000 grants. LCF was founded in 1995, and became the pan-London community foundation in 2011, consolidating their position through three mergers. They are an independent charity and one of over 1500 Community Foundation worldwide and a member of the network of UK Community Foundations.

The Senior Development Manager will engage with new donors and secure income against ambitious targets, in order to establish the London Community Foundation as a philanthropy hub in the capital. The Senior Development Manager will identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors for multi- year gifts. Gifts will be secured from high net worth individuals, corporate partners, and trusts and foundations.
The selected candidate will have a strong track record of independently securing five and six figure gifts from donors and will be comfortable working to ambitious fundraising targets. You will possess superior networking and interpersonal skills and will have experience of developing and packaging funding products for a variety of new donors.
