This education and training organisation has gone through an exciting period of transformation and are focusing on a customer centric proposition and approach. This organisation has several offices but this role will be predominately based in their Surrey office


The Head of Content Development and Delivery is responsible for leading on the effectiveness and efficiency of the end to end process of content through the entire lifecycle, via a range of channels including offline and digital. Reporting into the senior Director of the team, the key responsibilities of the role include:

* Develop and implement the operational management and framework for the creation and delivery of content

* Develop and implement processes that allow effective monitoring and evaluation of the end to end process to drive improvements in quality to their customers

* Identify and recommend ongoing technology requirements to support delivery and drive effectiveness, working with key stakeholders to integrate it effectively

* Work closely with the Head if Campaign Management and Head of Digital to provide input into the development of content

* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders on suitable content and channel plans that manage the entire content lifecycle


To be successful in this Head of Content Development and Delivery, you will need the following:

* Degree educated or significant experience in a similar role

* An understanding of the volume production of content and resources

* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

* Proven experience in leading production and delivery teams in similar operational environments such as publishing or editorial

* Ability to work with colleagues to provide expertise to develop content plans and strategies

* Good understanding of the channel mix used to share and deliver content including online and offline mediums

* Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and the technology to support effective development and delivery of content and resources

Job Offer

Salary of circa £55,000 plus good benefits
