You’ve already proved that you can drive outstanding results in a complex marketing and communications environment. Whether it’s B2B or B2C, you’ve the ability to manage strategic integrated campaigns that deliver. Now you’re looking for a more challenging and exciting opportunity. So how does raising the profile the UK’s largest children’s charity sound?

Yes, it’s a big role. A chance to bring the Barnardo’s brand to life through paid-for activity, as well as engaging and inspiring content that can be used across platforms and departments. Through this, you will build significant awareness and understanding of Barnardo’s, its values and our work with vulnerable young people and families across the UK.

It’ll be down to you to develop and deliver our brand strategy, manage pioneering campaigns and create fresh ideas and concepts that make a huge impact in the marketplace. Leading and developing your team to excel, you’ll also produce new media engagement strategies and oversee the development of imaginative content that drives understanding and action. That could include video, infographics, quizzes, polls, images, publications, guides, case studies and… well, anything else you can come up with.

So when we called this a ‘big role’ earlier, we meant it. Which is why you will need substantial experience of leading high-profile integrated campaigns across a range of disciplines including advertising and new media. A strong and broad understanding of strategic marketing and brand management is also essential, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge of knowledge of digital media, SEO and content marketing.
