A talented HR professional, you will be solution-focussed with a track record of dealing with complex HR tasks in a busy, and often changing, environment. You have the knack of getting the detail right, whilst being able to elevate yourself to see the wider strategy.
You have experience of supporting change programmes, as well as developing and disseminating policies. You are confident in working independently and at times collaboratively, and will instinctively know which approach is best in differing situations.
About the role
You will lead on major pieces of strategic work which align and contribute to our strategy. Through a business partner approach, your team will support managers with developing and retaining talent; supporting at times of change; advising on reward; providing guidance on all aspects of recruitment and selection.
As a member of the leadership team you will contribute to the wider organisational strategies, always connecting plans to the programme strategy and how the HR team will help to achieve this.
