Salary SP49-56, £43,387 - £46,199 rising to £49,948 per annum
Location – Rushden, Northants (with some flexibility for homeworking)
37 hours per week

The charity has great ambitions for their fundraising department and is looking for a highly experienced and forward thinking senior fundraising manager to further develop their strategy and team. You will be an articulate, persuasive professional with presence and an exceptional ability to forge relationships on all levels. You will have experience of developing products and delivery across the full range of fundraising activity including grants, trusts, legacy, events, major donors, corporate, direct marketing and digital. 

Ideally with a professional qualification in fundraising, or a related field, you will have a proven track record as a fundraiser with extensive experience of leading a variety of fundraising activities simultaneously. You will need to be a passionate and results focused manager, who can demonstrate working on your own initiative and also in a team environment. You will be able to meet income targets, alongside strong leadership and proven managerial skills.  An exceptional and up-to-date knowledge of digital media is essential, as is a comprehensive understanding of CRM databases.

An Occupational Requirement is an element of this role and you will need to be able to demonstrate an alignment to the charity’s Christian motivation and Faith basis. The post holder will be expected to be confident in engaging with their key church audience, leading presentations with churches and Christian audiences and explaining the role of their Christian ethos internally and externally.
