Prospectus is delighted to be working exclusively with The Tavistock Institute to recruit an exceptional Senior Administrator to provide day to day support across the organisation including the operations and business development function.
The Tavistock Institute supports sustainable change and on-going learning through evaluation and action research, organisational development, change consultancy, executive coaching and professional development.
Having overall accountability for the reception function and supporting the day to day operations, the post-holder will work closely with the Head of Operations providing and managing administrative support for institute wide activities. You will be working across the whole organisation ensuring the smooth administration and professionalisation of projects and proposals. In addition to this the successful candidate will be responsible for continuous maintenance and improvement of office systems and processes as well as providing responsive action to general office enquiries from clients and colleagues.

This role involves working alongside staff at all levels therefore you must have a willingness to get involved and support different activities. Managing a small team of apprentices will also play a key part of this role.

The right candidate must have established experience within an administrative capacity ideally within project support delivery and have a general understanding of telecom systems. You are required to have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience of supporting and working with teams and individuals is also essential. Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable.
