Are you a highly organised and dynamic Executive Assistant/Office Manager and looking for an extremely varied role? If so, we could have just the role you are looking for!

Prospectus is delighted to be working exclusively to recruit an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the newly appointed Director within a membership organisation based near London Bridge.
This is a varied role and will see the successful candidate performing a broad range of duties from dealing with all administration regarding membership enquiries and offering an excellent level of customer service to the various membership organisation; assisting the Communications Assistant with the organisation of events where you will be confident in engaging with government officials and contacts at other partner trade associations and providing full secretarial support to the Director.

The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to develop and maintain effective administrative systems, coordinate project activities and ensure the smooth running of the office; maintaining equipment and negotiating the best maintenance contracts.

In order to be considered for this opportunity we are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience supporting at Director Level ideally within a membership organisation and you will also have significant experience with complex diary management, minuting meetings, and thinking ahead in order to plan effectively.
In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively with often conflicting demands.
