The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has ambitious plans, in line with its strategy to 2020. Implementing the strategy will require delivery of significant business change programmes and projects. We are looking for an experienced business analyst who can lead on developing the function, working closely with the business to gather and articulate requirements for business improvement initiatives.
You will be involved in the full life cycle of the projects including assisting the testing, promoting and embedding the agreed changes in processes. You will work closely with programme and project managers, and senior users across the BHF, to help re-design processes and define new ways of working. The successful candidate will be proactive, have experience of working on large business change initiatives and knowledge of modern methodologies, systems and architectures. Knowledge of PRINCE2 and/or Agile methodologies would be beneficial.
It is expected that this position will be required for 6-12 months.
