Sponsorship Operations Supervisor
In this role, you will lead the Sponsorship Operations team and volunteers to ensure the right processes are in place to offer an excellent service to our Sponsors and oversee sponsorship communications between Sponsors and Sponsored Children, ensuring communications are of a high quality, tracked and in a timely manner.
You will need significant experience of working in a customer care environment, and of working with and developing processes and systems collaboratively. You will also have experience of managing individuals and getting the best out of them.
The post will be offered as a fixed term contract from 23rd November 2016 to 21st April 2017. The usual recruitment rate for this post (Grade 3) is £37,427. Our annual leave entitlement starts at 25 days (plus public holidays) for new starters, increasing up to 30 days through years of service.
We match contributions up to 7.5% on the pension scheme and will automatically enrol anyone who has not elected to join the scheme in the third pay period of their employment, currently at a rate of 1% contributions for you and for Plan.
