At the British Heart Foundation (BHF), we fight for every heartbeat, everywhere. We're looking for an experienced stock and fulfilment manager who can help us transform the management and delivery of information to people living with Cardiovascular Disease.

Reporting to the Head of Content and working within the Prevention, Survival and Support Directorate you will be responsible for liaising with key external partners to ensure that we fulfil key resources including vital information, merchandise and marketing materials. In accordance with BHFs policies, guidance and procedures this role will include; central administration support, stock management, liaison with external partners and internal stock owners to ensure we deliver these services in the most timely and cost-effective way.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience of managing a large fulfilment house and the ability to review services strategically and to drive forward business improvements that deliver tangible cost and efficiency savings. This role requires excellent project management, and influencing skills and the ability to manage complex relationships.
