Harris Hill are very pleased to to be recruiting for a Director of Fundraising for a dynamic International Development charity.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising strategy in order to develop new mutually beneficial relationships and maximise existing supporter donations. You will take the lead on all fundraising activities across a range of income streams and have a global influence.
Key responsibilities in this position include;
+ Develop and implement overall Fundraising strategy
+ Identify and cultivate influential, creative and innovative partnerships
+ Maintain and develop relationships with key HNWI's
+ Work alongside the Grant-management team to develop funding proposals
+ Oversee global fundraising event, including securing partnerships and sponsorship
+ Line management of 2 Senior Managers and regular liaison with the Board.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate successful experience of;
+ Proven track record of achieving targeted income.
+ Thorough understanding of the fundraising sector and demonstrable success in at least one key income stream
+ Evidence of developing successful Corporate Partnerships
+ Skills in strategy development, operations and project management.
+ A motivated and charismatic leader and communicator.
