Director of Operations
Action for Charity is a market leader in the charity challenge events sector and has developed an enviable reputation for creating and delivering successful mass participation events on behalf of Charity Clients whilst sister company Dream Challenges is a Tour Operator and event organiser. The businesses work with a large network of charity and corporate clients delivering high quality events in the UK and across the globe.
The role will be amazingly varied and you will have a hand in virtually every aspect of the business. You will be instrumental in developing the business through identifying new opportunities for growth whilst delivering exceptional management of the businesses current portfolio of event products.
As a creative self-starter with great commercial acumen you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of managing and motivating an operational team and be capable of leading change.
You will be a first class negotiator with strong interpersonal skills that will enable you to engage with and influence decision makers.
You should have a passion for outdoor activities and be keen to participate in events.
It would be advantageous to have first-hand experience of the travel and or charity events industry.
