Interim Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover)
- Contract Type
Flexible hours available
At Naomi House, we provide support to children and young people with complex medical conditions that mean they are unlikely to live into adulthood. We have two specialist units, Naomi House for children, and Jacksplace for young people, and we also offer bereavement support to the family as needed.
Our Regional Fundraising team focuses on both community and small to medium sized corporate supporters, developing those relationships, helping promote and co-ordinate a variety of fundraising events in dedicated regions from north Hampshire to the Dorset coast. Our Events team manages our mass participation events such as challenges, treks, walks and runs, both regionally, nationally and internationally. As the manager of this team, you will need to understand fundraising and marketing – developing and nurturing relationships, building a case for support, promoting the cause appropriately and operating within the regulatory framework of our sector. The team will look to you for guidance and direction, so it is essential that you can demonstrate your pedigree as a proven fundraiser as well as an experienced, supportive and innovative people manager.
In return we can offer you a competitive salary, pleasant and professional working environment and the opportunity to develop your skills with one of the most prominent charities in our area.
Benefits include 28 days holiday, pension scheme, and a pleasant working environment.
