Description

As the Senior Marketing Manager for this leading Property and Construction company in London you will provide a strong level of leadership in the implementation & delivery of Marketing and Communications strategies to reach a broad range of international audiences across various channels.

Key responsibilities include:

* Involvement in the brand creative work on commercial & residential projects within the scheme.
* Delivering the brand review and refresh of the company Brand.
* Management of Marketing & Communications, Community and Place Marketing Managers.
* Management of the overall marketing plan across all marketing channels including the review of all activity against KPI's to inform future investment.
* Creating PR strategies for projects that supports the business objectives and content plan strategy.
* Developing a social media strategy and content plan for B2B and B2C audiences.
* Defining marketing KPI's for success and implementing reporting to shape future marketing investment.


Profile

The successful Senior Marketing Manager for this leading Property and Construction company in London will:



* Be proficient in both B2B and B2C marketing disciplines, with a proven track record as a Marketing Manager with line management responsibilities.

* Confident in the following marketing disciplines; creative brief writing, understanding market research, campaign planning, setting and measurement of Marketing KPI's, understanding digital KPI's.

* Have Delivered and evaluated integrated Marketing campaigns.

* A Proven track record of managing a Marketing budget of around £1M. Must have had previous experience of directly managing an external marketing agency with a budget responsibility in excess of £250,000, and conducting reviews with agencies.

* Have experience of working on a product or brand strategy or launch, not necessarily leading, but with demonstrable understanding of the process and having played a role in delivering the outputs.
