Would you like to be part of one of the most exciting and high performing marketing teams in the sector? Would you like to use your creativity and innovative marketing skills to help us launch exciting new products?

As a Marketing Manager in Macmillan’s Individual Marketing team, you will be accountable for a varied portfolio of products across the acquisition and development mix targeting a range of priority audiences for Macmillan.

Your area of focus will be leading on new product development working closely with our innovation, research and insight teams as well as external agencies to develop, test, launch and optimise new products of varying scale in market. You will be leading the creative development, supporter journey planning, testing approach and in year marketing strategy for these priority audience products – developing multi channel marketing campaigns, retention strategies and evaluation to inform each product's evolution.

The Individual Marketing portfolio includes our Christmas Cash Appeal, Gaming Portfolio (including our weekly raffle) and our multi channel direct debit acquisition and development streams. The team has seen incredible growth in the past few years and we are keen to build on this success through new product development.

Your role will be hugely varied and allow you to utilise your marketing skills across multiple audience segments and all channels (particularly digital marketing in this role).

You’ll manage external creative, media and production agencies, as well as complex cross organisational relationships. To do this, you’ll be a skilled negotiator, collaborator, someone who works well under pressure and is very creative.

We commit to actively developing you within the role and offer benefits including BUPA, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, generous leave, and interest free loans for season ticket and gym membership.

Interviews to take place in week commencing 3 October 2016.
