Our client, based near Regents Park is looking for a customer focussed, highly organised, and commercially minded Operations Manager on a permanent basis.
Having overall accountability for a team and overseeing various departments, the post-holder will work closely with the Senior Management Team and the Board and will be providing operational management through recruitment, performance management and development.
In addition to this the successful candidate will be analysing existing procedures in order to improve and running multiple projects at various different stages. Managing key relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders will be a large part of this role
In order to be considered for this role we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and operational management, ideally in the not for profit sector.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will have proven project management experience and have proven ability of developing and implementing processes and procedures. Experience of managing budgets is also required for this role.
