CRM Training and Development Coordinator
Are you a technical expert who has experience of training others? Would you like to work for an established and ground breaking membership organisation?
Our client, based near Regents Park is looking for an organised and pro-active CRM Super User to increase user engagement and ensure effective implementation and development of the CRM system.
Working with key users within the organisation, the post-holder will be the 'go to' person in the organisation for enquiries regarding the CRM and will work closely with the external helpdesk providers to ensure timely and efficient response.
In addition to this the successful candidate will be supporting the development of the new website, monitoring data and managing integration between sites. Please note this role is offered initially on a twelve month fixed term contract basis.
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with demonstrable technical ability that have trained internal stakeholders and have been fundamental in implementing a CRM system. In addition to this, candidates will have significant experience of using databases and writing relevant reports.
It is essential you can use Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level and ideally you will come from a membership background although this is not essential.
