Are you confident and engaging with a passion for new business? Your role will be to identify, engage and cultivate new high values strategic corporate. partnerships. There are two roles, one contract, one perm.

The Role
Create and deliver strategies to identify and secure new high value, long term corporate partnerships in line with the team and organisational strategy
Alongside the Corporate Team Lead, monitor and deliver the new business strategy based on sound research, insight and well informed by robust commercial understanding
Contribute to generating and managing a strong prospect pipeline, ensuring that KPIs for identifying and approaching companies are met, delivering on reactive and proactive conversion rates
Develop highly creative and targeted pitches, proposals and presentations to meet mutually beneficial objectives
Work with the Corporate Team Lead, Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy, Fundraising Director and Chief Executive to create and fully utilise networks of senior volunteers and supporters to achieve new business targets, effectively using peer-to-peer and leadership fundraising to maximum benefit
Work collaboratively with across the charity to explore and exploit opportunities for corporate partners to help deliver our wider organisational strategy

The Candidate
Experience of securing five and six figure partnerships
Experience of creating compelling propositions, applications and campaigns with the ability to write and present to captivate and convince
Ability to develop new fundraising products and partnership initiatives in line with objectives
A working knowledge of the principles of corporate partnerships with high awareness and understanding of CSR environment and trends
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with ability to build strong internal and external relationships
Experience of working effectively and collaboratively within a team
Has demonstrable track record of wining and developing high value corporate partnerships
Will relish networking, proactively creating relationships from scratch and have a natural ability to build rapport
Will have experience of working with and influencing people at all levels
Has a good understanding of current trends in Corporate fundraising and Philanthropy and charity law relating to these areas
Will have a flair for spotting and creating opportunities, developing winning propositions, proposals and pitch materials
