Alive! is a Bristol-based charity which has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s leading practitioners of meaningful engagement for older people in care homes. Our aim is to transform the residential care sector, so that older people’s mental, social and emotional wellbeing is prioritised alongside their physical care. We do this by providing a wide range of high quality activity sessions in care settings, delivering training and support for social care staff, and advocating for improved quality of life for older people in care.

As Alive! embarks on a new three-year strategy, we are seeking an exceptional grants fundraiser and people manager, who is ready to take on a wider fundraising remit. You will already be adept at packaging work into projects and producing inspirational funding bids to generate six figure sums. Keen to put your other fundraising experience to good use you will be a great strategic thinker and strong budget manager capable of assessing other fundraising opportunities, including from individuals and companies, then putting your plans into action.
