This is an exciting new role in Leap’s high-performing team. This exciting opportunity involves taking a lead on creating and managing progression routes for young people engaged with Leap’s training programmes, as well as building opportunities for volunteering both within Leap and with external organisations.

You will be responsible for developing Leap’s successful Youth Involvement Group which engages young people who have completed Leap’s training programmes and provides a platform for them to offer their insights and advice to guide future programme and course development at Leap.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an open and confident person who is aligned to our values, has the drive to develop relationships and the ability to project manage effectively demonstrating strong communication skills. You will also have an understanding of safeguarding and in supporting young people placements within external agencies, especially those with complex life histories enabling them to achieve their goals.
